Community Health Alliance

Oscar Delgado is the Chief Executive Officer of the Community Health Alliance.   CHA provides a comprehensive range of primary care services that include: chronic disease management, pediatric care, reproductive health, dental care, low-cost pharmacies and immunizations, even behavioral health and nutrition counseling. Long-term wellness  services include free nutritious foods in our food pantries.
