Lynn and Craig explained how members’ donations are put to work and reviewed the ways to contribute to The Rotary Foundation and the Rotary Club of Reno Sunrise Charitable Foundation.
Lynn described how contributions to The Rotary Foundation support both international initiatives and Rotary projects within our district. Members may donate online at my.rotary.org/en/donate, use the “Donate” button on our club website, or give a check payable to The Rotary Foundation to Lynn, our club treasurer. Please indicate which fund you wish to support, such as the Annual Fund–SHARE, PolioPlus, or other Rotary funds.
Craig provided an update on the Rotary Club of Reno Sunrise Charitable Foundation and highlighted the local organizations that have received grants during the past two years. Donations may be made through the “Donate” button on our club website or by giving Carolyn, our foundation treasurer, a check payable to the Rotary Club of Reno Sunrise Charitable Foundation.
