The board made a decision to change the raffle rules for club meetings.
The rules are that we will use a 53 card deck that includes one Joker. The Joker is the card that must be drawn to win. If the person with the winning ticket does not draw the Joker, they will receive a $10 consolation prize. If they draw the Joker, they receive one half the cash pot that has accumulated, with a minimum cash payout of $200. Raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 tickets for $5. Anyone attending the meeting is allowed to participate in the raffle.
