Pat Cashell is the CEO of Sky Tavern, located on the Mt. Rose Highway, 20 minutes from Reno. Sky Tavern is home to the oldest nonprofit ski and snowboard training facility in America. However, it is now much more than that with programs for both winter and summer. Under Pat's supervision they have expanded their offerings to include a world class mountain bike park and most recently a rope course.
Their mission has been to get kids outside and provide them with exercise, new skills, and life lessons that will help them excel and grow as individuals.
