Member Berry Courtney described his journey throughout Nevada with Jackquie to visit every historical marker, 266 in all I believe.  He focused on the most interesting ones providing fascinating background information.

 

Tamra Carrol gave us a brief description of an outdoor classroom project at Desert Peach Montessori School which is funded by the Children's Cabinet.  The program introduces kids to gardening, teaching skills and encouraging healthy living.
