Stephen Jacobs gave a fascinating presentation on the benefits of transcendental meditation (TM). During the presentation, he explained how TM can reduce stress, increase creativity, and improve overall well-being. He also discussed how TM has been shown to have positive effects on a range of health issues, including high blood pressure and anxiety.
One of the highlights of the presentation was a 6-minute group meditation, where attendees were able to experience the brief guided meditation for themselves.
