Charlie Fettig told me that our raffle generates twice the amount on days when I bring my freshly baked sourdough bread.  This week, I plan on bringing a new creation - 100% whole grain sandwich bread made using the  Yudane method.  It is made entirely from freshly milled flour - 70% organic white winter wheat and 30% organic spelt, all naturally fermented of course.  See everyone Friday.

 

This Saturday is the Reno Sunrise Rotary Club Storm Water Drain Project.  We still need some more members to sign up (only 6 needed).  Those of you who previously signed up

 

Heather Reich is a biologist with the Nevada Department of Wildlife who specializes in our local black bear population.   Heather will be educating us as to how we can best live with bears in our back yard.
