Cambodia - A Rotarian's Perspective

Rotarian Susan Glasson has organized group trips to Cambodia for over 20 years.  Her recent focus has been "Karma Yoga" which means acts of selfless service.  Her groups practice their service to others by bringing school supplies and other needed items to schools, donating hygiene items to women and hosting an afternoon event for JWOK's Better Futures teens.  She is now working with her Rotary Club, Tahoe Douglas, to build a school in rural Cambodia in conjunction with the Cambodia Landmine Museum's Rural School Project.  Her presentation will focus on past and future projects and will give you a taste of what travel to this beautiful country is like.
