On Friday, November 4, we will hear from District Governor Jeff Gabriel. He has been a Rotarian since 2001, initially with the Rotary Club of Topeka South in Rotary District 5710, then since 2017 with the Rotary Club of Bishop Sunrise in District 5190. He grew up in Topeka, KS. He attended Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS and earned a BS in Wildlife Biology and Political Science. He continued on to earn a Master of Public Administration, specializing in Agricultural Policy. Jeff is currently the executive director of the Eastern Sierra Interpretive Association and serves on numerous community boards. He and his wife, Jane, have been married 32 years and have four children. He enjoys hiking, biking, music, travelling internationally and camping.
