Daniel Moss is an engineer working for the City of Reno. One of his tasks is to protect the Truckee River watershed from pollutants. We learned about our local watershed and the potential sources of contamination, including dirt, construction debris, paint, fertilizers, herbicides, used motor oil, bacteria from pet waste, and trash debris. He will be guiding us on a stormwater drain stenciling project on Sunday morning, September 11, 2022, 9 am to noon.
