This Friday, President Craig will educate the audience on homemade artisan sourdough bread. The presentation will cover:
- Defining sourdough bread.
- Reasons to bake sourdough bread at home.
- Health benefits of sourdough bread.
- A little basic science facts on grain anatomy, flour types, gluten, starters, importance of temperature, etc.
- Sourdough baking process.
In addition, we will raffle off a loaf of Sunflower and Sesame sourdough bread.
